Share Ourselves at Costa Mesa (formerly known as Share Our Selves or SOS) was founded in 1970 by a group of advocates, volunteers, and supporters who saw the great need in Orange County for comprehensive support services. What began as a center for distributing food and clothing is now a thriving network of community health centers throughout Orange County, providing for the overall health of our patients.

Primary Care

Share Ourselves offers comprehensive primary care for each member of the family, from our youngest patients to our oldest. General primary medical care includes routine checkups, physicals, acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
