Our Philosophy
Share Our Selves (SOS) believes in personalized care as a means to deliver quality services, improve population health and stability, and reduce costs. Valuing the concept of the right person, the right treatment, at the right time means we see care as predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory.
Share Our Selves emphasizes care of the whole person though our comprehensive services, including medical and dental care, social services, behavioral health and seasonal outreach programs. We offer excellent case management, patient navigation, and solutions for social stressors for low–income and homeless individuals and families in Orange County.
SOS demonstrate a new network of care in a seamless system by co-branding projects with nontraditional partners to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and offer the highest quality, most innovative, and accessible care possible.

Meet Karissa!
- We are currently accepting donations of food, hygiene items and baby items. Donations can be dropped off at SOS Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:00pm.
- Have extra fruits and veggies from your garden this season? Drop them off at SOS! Daily we distribute over 250 bags of food to our most vulnerable neighbors. Fresh produce is always appreciated and enjoyed!
