Share Ourselves operates a dedicated health clinic embedded within Bridges at Kraemer Place, a year-round emergency shelter in Anaheim for individuals experiencing homelessness. This on-site clinic is not open to the public and exists solely to serve shelter residents, providing consistent, compassionate care in a trusted setting. Our team of primary care providers offers support through regular medical visits, addressing a wide range of needs including wound care, sick visits, smoking cessation, behavioral health concerns, and routine checkups.
